Infinity Wand
When I Want to Move Energy Fast
If you've spent any time in my world, you know I'm a bit of a frequency nerd. I have loved frequency-based tools for years because they meet the body where it actually lives — at the cellular level. So when I found the AO Infinity Wand, I went down a rabbit hole, and I want to walk you through it.
This is one of my favorite Solex tools, and in the video below I take you through exactly how I use it at home, with my partner, and with the clients I see in my practice. If you've been wondering whether terahertz is worth the hype, the next sixteen minutes will give you a real answer.
What "terahertz" actually means
When I say terahertz, I want you to hear two things: cellular health and speed.
Terahertz is the frequency that healthy cells resonate at. So when the wand is delivering that frequency to your body, it's giving those cells a direct signal that says: be healthier, faster. Practically, that means:
It activates new stem cells
It helps clear out old or abnormal cells
It speeds up cellular turnover, which speeds up healing
Anything that has cells involved — which is everything — has the potential to respond. Muscles, skin, organs, hair follicles, even nerve tissue. That's why I think of terahertz as one of the most foundational frequencies for everyday vitality.
The Infinity Wand isn't just terahertz, though. It also runs Red Light 660 nm and Blue Light 470 nm, and it carries gold and silver ionic exchange plus seven semi-precious stones (Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Carnelian, Amazonite, Quartz, Sodalite, and Jasper). It's the only device on the market that stacks all of that into one handheld tool. The combination of terahertz and red light in particular is what makes it feel like the wand is doing several jobs at once — circulation, lymphatic flow, energy flow, and accelerated healing.
Setting up the wand (the 60-second version)
Before you do anything, plug it in and look at the bottom. You should see lights — that means the device is active. You'll see a small blue thumb sensor on the front. Touch your thumb to it to turn the wand on.
Then set the two dials:
Time: 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes
Heat: 0 (no heat), 1 (low), 2 (medium), 3 (high)
I personally use level 3 most days because I'm fairly healthy and robust. If you have any health concerns or autoimmune issues, start on level 1 or even 0 for a short treatment to see how your body responds. You can always work up.
A few setup notes that matter:
The wand is best used directly on skin for full effect. If you're at home, just take the clothes off the area you're working on.
Sessions can be as short as a couple of minutes per area. If you want a longer treatment, 30, 45, or even 60 minutes is fine.
There is no rigid protocol. Use what works for your body and your intention.
The four ways I use it most
There are dozens of ways to use this wand, but these are the four I return to over and over.
1. Lymphatic support
Pretend the wand is a dry brush. Start at an extremity — feet, hands, wherever the fluid is pooling — and move upward toward the lymph nodes. You can do this on any heat setting that's comfortable for you, and the wand can sit about 6 inches away from the skin to start. The closer you bring it, the warmer it gets, so just find the distance that feels right.
Spend extra time on the areas where the lymph nodes cluster — what some people call the "lymphatic six." Even a few minutes there can have a noticeable effect.
2. Muscle pain and joints
If my shoulder is acting up, I just spot-treat it. I'll keep the wand moving in slow circles or in long sweeps — never holding it in one spot too close, because that's where it gets too hot. For deeper muscle penetration, I hold it a little closer and keep it moving. For a more diffuse warmth, I hold it farther away. Your feedback is the protocol.
For joint pain, slow circular motions around the joint work beautifully. Hip pain, knee pain, fingers — anything with motion and warmth tends to respond.
3. Organ health and chakras
For organs, find the distance that's comfortable and move in slow circles over the area. Thyroid, heart, abdominal organs, kidneys and adrenals, gut, reproductive organs — all of it can be supported this way. When I'm working on digestion, I move in the direction of peristalsis (clockwise around the abdomen).
If you're energetically inclined, the chakras are a beautiful area to work with — long sweeping motions up and down the chakra line, or focused attention on each one. And if you know anything about Chinese medicine, you can follow the meridians; the energy lines in the body are real cartography for this tool.
4. Beauty, hair, and face
For the face, I drop down to zero or one, and I hold the wand further away — you don't want to burn the skin. Here's the secret: if you're applying any serums, oils, or brightening topicals, the terahertz and red light actually drive those products deeper into your skin and make them more effective. So your skincare routine becomes a wand routine.
For hair — both my partner and I have noticed that our hair grows faster since we started wanding our scalp. We just move it around the hairline and all over the scalp. It's relaxing, and on top of the cosmetic benefit, you're also getting brain health benefits from the scalp work.
The part no one talks about: your back

Here's the awkward truth — your back is one of the best areas to use this wand, and it's the hardest to reach. So if you don't have a partner to help, I'd recommend the oscillating stand. It holds the wand and sweeps it slowly back and forth across whichever area you position it over:
Make sure the legs are set at the widest base — the wand is top-heavy and you don't want it tipping over.
Place the wand in the holes with the elastic strap around it for security.
Press the small red button to start the oscillation.
Adjust the oscillation width to match the area you're treating (short for the spine, longer for the lower back).
Then you just lie down on a bed or massage table underneath and let it do the work. This is also a practitioner's dream for treating clients — you can set it up once and move on to other modalities.
A quick word on safety
Three things I want you to know:
Start low and slow if you have any health concerns or autoimmune conditions. You can always increase the heat and time later.
Avoid implants and metal hardware. If you or your client has any kind of implant — joints, screws, pacemakers, anything — work on a zero setting and steer clear of those areas.
Heat matters. If you're holding the wand close to the body, keep it moving. Stationary + close = too much heat. If it's too hot, lift it higher or drop the setting.
That's it. There's no wrong way to do this. Intention is half the therapy.
